Sound Masking is capable of complementing a wide variety of building materials, and requires field measurements in 1/3 octave bands. A technician must install the system who is expert in setting the masking spectrum. If the installed masking system is improperly tuned or equalized, there can be no guarantee that the desired degree of masking and privacy is obtained. It is not sufficient to merely raise the background sound level with a volume control or use a predetermined fixed spectrum to equalize the system.

In addition to expert sound masking installation, we provide complex structured cabling, speaker systems, card access, paging systems, CCTV, wireless LANs, coax and satellite cabling technologies, power quality analysis, emergency generators, dedicated power lines, grounding, power poles and UPS. We provide guidance in good design both at the workstation and in the IT Room. Our data and electric services go hand-in-hand to deliver a 100% NEC and ANSI/TIA/EIA compliant project with one point of contact.

We support and strictly adhere to the EIA/TIA 568B Telecommunications Building Wiring Standards and our technicians are well-trained in the standard and kept current on modifications. We have complete design/build services with RCDD certification.

We test all our installations with state-of-the-art digital test equipment and deliver test results on CD with a hard-copy summary. We also provide extended-year (15 to 25) end-to-end warranties that include both labor and parts for any system failures. We provide custom labeling at the workstation and the patch panel to facilitate cost-effective system administration.
